This handy hanger-upper uses ball bearings in a V-shaped slot to trap and hold notes. The bonus shelf, with its shallow groove, creates space for displaying photos or art. We made our note holder 18" long from red oak. Adjust the length to fit your needs and choose material that helps whittle down your scrap bin.
