It's easy to make a bunch of square or rectangular project parts and get them all to be identical. But when you're dealing with a project that has curved or irregular parts, such as the rockers on a baby cradle, it takes a template and router to make matching parts. In this video, WOOD Magazine Tool Editor Bob Hunter shows how to use bearing-guided router bits to make copycat project parts.
