Mac OS X Users

This section is for Mac OS X users. Acrobat Reader 5.0 and Internet Explorer are installed with OS X so you will NOT need to download any software to use our downloadable plans.

Note for AOL users: AOL for OS X will NOT work using OS X versions 10.0 or 10.1, you MUST have Mac OS X version 10.1.5 installed or the "add to cart" buttons will not work properly. To check which version of Mac OS X you have select under the Apple menu "About This Mac". (If you do not wish to update to OS 10.1.5 you can use AOL as your internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.1 to purchase and download your plans.)

1. Select the plan (or plans) you want to purchase. Review your order, then click on the "Check Out" button on the bottom right-hand side.

2. Now you will be asked for your credit card and billing information. When finished entering the proper information, click on the "Send Order" button at the bottom of the page.

3. On the Confirmation page you will see the red "Download Now" button shown below. Click on it.

 

4. The PDF file will begin to download. (Note: Download time can take anywhere from 2 to 45 minutes per plan, depending on your connection speed)

5. When the file is finished downloading the Mac OS X program "Preview" will open and the icon below will appear on your desktop. You are now ready to print your downloadable plan and it has been saved to your Desktop for later use.

You can also select the "Save As PDF..." option shown below if you would like to save it elsewhere.

If you ordered more than one plan, return to Step 3 to download the remaining plans.

The first page that appears is the Thank You page. Scroll down to view the plan.

If you don't succeed in downloading the plan the first time, don't worry, you'll have up to 5 attempts to re-download the plan to your computer. Just use the "Download" button in the top right hand nav bar. You will be taken to your order confirmation page. If the "Download Now" button does not appear next to the plan that you ordered, enter the credit card number that you used to make the purchase and press the submit button.
