NOTE: The instructions below are for Netscape 6.2 using Mac OS 8.6 to 9.2.2 Other versions may vary. 1. Select the plan (or plans) you want to purchase. Review your order, then click on the "Check Out" button on the bottom right-hand side.
3. On the Confirmation page click on the red "Download Now" button.
4. Now select the "Save this
file to Disk" option, as shown below. Make sure the "Always
asked before opening this type of file" option is checked.
Click OK.
5. Now select where you want to save the file, as shown below. Click Save.
5. The PDF file will begin to download as shown in the window below. (Note: Download time can take anywhere from 2 to 45 minutes per plan, depending on your connection speed)
6. After the download is complete, use the "Launch File" option to open your downloadable plan. Selecting the "Reveal Location" option will show where the plan has been saved on your hard drive for later use. Make sure the "Keep this window open after the download is complete" option is checked. If you ordered more than one plan, return to Step 3 to download the remaining plans. The first page that appears is the Thank You page. Scroll down to view the plan. If you don't succeed in downloading the plan the first time, don't worry, you'll have up to 5 attempts to re-download the plan to your computer. Just use the "Download" button in the top right nav bar. You will be taken to your order confirmation page. If the "Download Now" button does not appear next to the plan that you ordered, enter the credit card number that you used to make the purchase and press the submit button.
