Mac Downloadiing Instructions using AOL 5.0

NOTE: The instructions below are for AOL 5.0 using Mac OS 8.6 to 9.2.2 Other versions may vary.

1. Select the plan (or plans) you want to purchase. Review your order, then click on the "Check Out" button on the bottom right-hand side.

2. Now you will be asked for your credit card and billing information. When finished entering the proper information, click on the "Send Order" button at the bottom of the page.

3. On the Confirmation page you will see the red "Download Now" button shown below. Click on button and hold down the mouse button. While still holding down the mouse button a "pop-up" menu will appear like the one shown below. Now select the "Download Link to Disk" option.

4. Now select where you would like to save the downloadable PDF file. The example below shows saving the file to the desktop. Now click on "Save".

5. The PDF file will begin to download. (Note: Download time can take anywhere from 2 to 45 minutes per plan, depending on your connection speed)

6. When the file is finished downloading the PDF icon will appear on your desktop. Now double click on the icon, and Acobat Reader will open. You are now ready to view and print your downloadable plan.

If you ordered more than one plan, return to Step 3 to download the remaining plans.

The first page that appears is the Thank You page. Scroll down to view the plan.

If you don't succeed in downloading the plan the first time, don't worry, you'll have up to 5 attempts to re-download the plan to your computer. Just use the "Download" button in the top right hand nav bar. You will be taken to your order confirmation page. If the "Download Now" button does not appear next to the plan that you ordered, enter the credit card number that you used to make the purchase and press the submit button.
