If you cannot download a plan and/or are for any reason unable to print it out, please check the following:

1. Print-out and follow the instructions we provide. Click here to see the Step-by-Step Instructions

2. Download and print the FREE plan first. Click here to get more information about our free plan.

3. Check the Frequently Asked Questions section linked from the instructions. Click here to go to the FAQ's

4. Make sure you have version 4.0 or newer of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. It's FREE to download from Adobe's website. Click here to get Adobe Acrobat Reader

5. If you have ordered downloadable plans and need to re-download your plans due to errors, below are instructions on how to access your order (as long as it is fairly recent): Click on the order status link on the top of the page. You will be taken to your order confirmation page. If the red "Download Now" button does not appear next to the plan that you ordered, enter the credit card number that you used to make the purchase and press the submit button. From there you'll be able to download using the instructions that you printed from Step-by-Step Instructions

6. For AOL users only. Make sure and "right-click" (use your right mouse button instead of the left button) and select the "Save As…" option from the menu when saving your plan, otherwise your download will stop at 39%. For instructions on how to "right-click" please look at the Step-By-Step Instructions we provide.

7. Windows ME users only. You must disable web integration to use Acrobat version 4 plans, otherwise your computer my lock-up during the downloading process.
