Windows Downloading Instructions using AOL 7.0

NOTE: The instructions below are for AOL 7.0. Other versions may vary.

1. Select the plan (or plans) you want to purchase. Review your order, then click on the "Check Out" button on the bottom right-hand side.


2. Now you will be asked for your credit card and billing information. When finished entering the proper information, click on the "Send Order" button at the bottom of the page.

3. On the Confrimation page you will see the red "Download Now" button shown below. Right click on "Download Now". I
n the pop-up window, select the "Save Target As..." option.

4. Now select where you would like to save the downloadable PDF file. The example below shows saving the file to the desktop. Then click on "Save".

5. The PDF file will begin to download. (Note: Download time can take anywhere from 2 to 45 minutes per plan, depending on your connection speed)

6. After the download is complete, as shown above, use the "Open" option to open your downloadable plan. Selecting the "Open Folder" option will show where the plan has been saved on your hard drive for later use. Make sure the "Close this dialog box after download completes" option is NOT checked.

If you ordered more than one plan, return to Step 3 to download the remaining plans.


The first page that appears is the Thank You page. Scroll down to view the plan.

If you don't succeed in downloading the plan the first time, don't worry, you'll have up to 5 attempts to re-download the plan to your computer. Just use the "Download" button in the top right hand nav bar. You will be taken to your order confirmation page. If the "Download Now" button does not appear next to the plan that you ordered, enter the credit card number that you used to make the purchase and press the submit button.
